Poppy Factory 500

The Poppy Factory has celebrated a significant milestone of enabling 500 disabled veterans back into employment since 2010 with an event at Admiralty House hosted by The Duchess of Cornwall.

We were commissioned to brand the event with graphics which included a series of three metre high welcome banners featuring portraits and quotes from some of the ex-services personnel which the Poppy Factory has helped to find work following physical or mental health challenges.

Intended to inspire others, these include Gary an ex-Royal Navy guy who is now working as a quality officer for Transport for London, Bernie (ex-Army) who “couldn’t believe that she had found a job that she loves” and former Bombardier Paul, who now runs a community project for Everton Football Club.

We were involved in the project from start to finish, which began by measuring up on a cold Wednesday morning in January, to supervising the installation of the graphics the day before the event which we are pleased to say was a success, attracting coverage from the national media.
